He's a composer, arranger, and powerhouse trumpeter. As an educator, Mr Rader has been staff chair at Suddeutchscher Rundfunk in Stuttgart, and at the Kenton clinic at the University of Redlands and Cerritos Music Conservatory, as well as soloist and clinician for Jazz Internationale in England and France.
